The one major difference between soft and hard enamel pins, cufflinks, keychains, etc. is the enamel fill. On soft enamel pins, the metal edges are raised and the paint is deposited on the bottom of the item. This gives it a textured feel when you run your fingers over it. For hard enamel items, the paint is filled to the top of the metal and then sanded down to give it a smooth finish. Both are equally durable, it’s just a difference in aesthetic and a matter of preference.
“Seconds” pins, patches, cufflinks, etc. are items that are slightly to moderately imperfect. They might have some scratches, dust under the enamel paint, low enamel levels for some hard enamel products, peeling paint, etc. They are sold at a discount because of their imperfections, but are still great pins!

Yes, domestic express shipping is offered as an option during checkout.
However, if you’re located outside the US, you can contact us for express rates. We don’t list them during checkout because the rates vary based on the destination. All international express orders ship through UPS and should arrive within a week.
If you have already placed an order, but wanted to add another item to it, you can do one of two things.
- Order the additional item(s) separately and send us a message with both order numbers. We’ll refund you the second shipping cost and send both orders together.
- Send us a message with the additional item(s) you wanted to order and we will send you a link to pay us directly. Please note, your order won’t ship until full payment has been made.
If you entered the wrong shipping address when checking out, don’t panic! As long as your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can adjust it on our end.
If your order has already shipped, we can get a replacement order out to you, but you will have to repay the shipping fee.

While you’re at it, you should sign up for our newsletter. We don’t email often, but we do send out special promo codes and sales on occasion.
But please don’t message us asking for discounts. You wouldn’t walk into Target and ask for a discount. We run this business full time and our prices reflect the time and effort that goes into producing our merchandise. Thanks for understanding!
In very rare occasions, an item might be missing from your order or have gotten damaged in transit. If an item is damaged in transit, please send a picture and message to us at email@example.com.
If something is wrong or missing from your order, send us a message with your order number and the incorrect/missing item(s). We do our best, and this happens very, very rarely, but we are only human. We’ll be sure to get your full, correct order out to you right away.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us with your name and the order number before the order has shipped.
We’re sorry if something was not up to your expectations. We do accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the order’s arrival and you will be credited for the order amount less shipping once we have received the returned order.
If you’re having issues with a discount code, please contact us. Include what item(s) you’re trying to purchase and the code you’re trying to use. We’ll let you know if that code is still valid, and if there are any restrictions (e.g.: only valid on certain items) that apply to the code.
If you placed an order, but realized after that you had a discount code you wanted to use, don’t sweat it! Send us a message with your order number and the code you wanted to use. We’ll let you know if that code is valid on your order and refund the amount of the discount if applicable.
As a rule we don’t include any packing slips or anything that references the price or value of the item. They’re usually immediately discarded and end up in recycling (or worse, the trash!).
However, if you would like to include a gift message, let us know and we can write something personally. Plus, many of our items are eligible for gift wrap. Simply check the box for gift wrap before adding the product to your cart.
