Yes, we offer both domestic and international express shipping.

In the US, express orders ship via Priority Mail and should arrive within 1–3 days.

International orders ship via UPS and should arrive within 5 days.

US orders usually arrive within 5 days of shipment with standard shipping. Express shipping is available through Priority Mail and generally arrives within 3 days.

International orders have been arriving in their destination country within about 2 weeks of shipment. Unfortunately, we lose the ability to track orders after they are assigned new tracking numbers upon entering the local mail stream. We recommend reaching out to your local mail carrier with any inquiries.

We do not collect customs fees or VAT on orders. It is up to you to check if are any fees that will apply to your order. Our orders ship as merchandise on customs forms.

Generally, we ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays, with the exception of weeks when there is a federal holiday on a Monday or Thursday. Please factor in this delay when calculating the arrival of a time-sensitive order.

This year, Veteran’s Day falls on a Thursday, so orders will ship the next day, Friday the November 12. Also, all orders placed on/after November 22 (the week of Thanksgiving) will ship on Monday, November 29.

All orders to the US and all express orders internationally have full tracking. However, international orders that ship via standard shipping are only tracked until they arrive in their destination country, at which point they are assigned a local tracking number that we can’t access.

If your order is missing, we suggest reaching out to your local mail carrier first, as they usually have the most information about an order’s whereabouts.

In the US, if more than 7 business days have passed and your order still hasn’t arrived, contact us.

If you’re located internationally and have still not received your order after 45 days and you have already spoken with the local mail carrier, contact us.

Unfortunately, we have to raise our shipping prices a bit this year because of surcharges that mail carriers are applying to packages this holiday season. We hate high shipping fees as much as you do, but they are scheduled to last through December 26, at which point the prices will return to normal.

As always, we offer free shipping on US orders over $35 and all international orders over $50.
